1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Onion, finely chopped
1 (1lb.) Can Tomatoes, undrained
1 (6-8oz.) Can Green Chilis, drained, chopped
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Lb. Montery Jack Cheese, cubed
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Add next 3 ingredients, mashing tomatoes with fork. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add cream and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve warm in chafing dish or small crock pot on warm.
