1 Graham Cracker Crust (or nut crust)
3 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 (8oz.) Pkgs. Cream Cheese
2 Cups Whipping Cream
15 Caramels
2 to 3 Tbsp. Milk or Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips. Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Add melted chocolate chips and mix. Whip cream and fold into mixture and pour into pie pan over crust. Melt caramels with milk and drizzle on top.
