25-30 Oreos
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 to 1 c. chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Process Oreos in food processor to make fine crumbs. Press crumbs into the bottom of a glass 13x9-inch pan. Combine peanut butter, milk, sugar and cream cheese; blend well. Fold in Cool Whip and pour over crust. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Freeze overnight or until firm. Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.

I tried this dessert at my friend Jeannine's cookout and I had to have the recipe. It is from Donna Herndon. Her kids don't like peanuts so she crushes up more Oreos to sprinkle on top instead. Very creamy and rich.
