1 pkg. butter recipe cake mix
1/2 c. soft butter
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bottom of 3-9" pans and sprinkle with flour.
Put all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend until moistened. Scrape bowl and beaters. Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed. Do not overmix. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 mintues. Cool cake in pans at least 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool top side up on rack. When fully cool, stack with Hawaiian Icing.

Hawaiian Icing:
1 pint whipping cream, whipped with 2 Tbs. powdered sugar
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz. ) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix pudding mix with the crushed pineapple (it will be thick),
add vanilla and the whipped cream and mix well
