1 chocolate cake mix, follow pkg. directions to mix
Filling: 7 oz. marshmallow creme, 8 oz. Cool Whip, 4 oz. cream cheese, and 1/4 c. sugar.
Glaze 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter, and 1/4 cup milk
1 cup marshmallows and 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Mix cake mix according to directions. Separate batter in half. Bake in 2(9x13 inch) well greased pans for 15 min or until done at 350º. Remove 1 cake pan from pan and place on cooling rack. Leave other cake in the pan. Set both aside to cool. For the filling Mix well and spread over cooled cake in pan. Put other cake on top of filling.
Bring sugar,butter, and milk to a boil and boil for 1 min. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips until melted. Pour over cake and refrigerate.
