1 Cup Yellow Corn Meal
2 Cup Milk
1 Egg, beaten
1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 Pkg. Chili Seasoning Mix
2 Tsp. Season Salt
1 (16oz.) Can Whole Tomatos, cut in pieces
1 (17oz.) Can Corn, drained
1 (2-1/4oz.) Can Olives, drained
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

Directions:
Mix corn meal, milk, and egg in 2-1/2 quart casserole. Brown ground beef and add remaining ingredients except cheese. Mix well with ground beef, then stir into mixture in casserole dish. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350º. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese melts. Let stand 10 minutes.
