18¼-oz. box Duncan Hines Spice Cake mix
(Other brands are ok, too)
21-oz. can apple pie filling
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; beat at medium speed about 2 minutes. Mixer will break up the apples. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes or, until toothpicl comes out clean.

Use the same mixture for a sheet cake; bake only 20 minutes or so.
Cup cakes are also good.
