Breakfast Cassrole Recipe

1 lb mild or maple sausage
5 slices of bread, cubed
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c milk
dash pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard (opt)

Fry and crumble sausage, drain and set aside.
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish.
Layer bread, then sausage, then cheese
In separate bowl, mix other ingredients and beat well.
Pour over layers in baking dish
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes

Also, this is better if made the day before and refrigerated overnight.
