Leftover beef stew (see recipe)
1 can tomatoes
1/4 cup cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Use leftover beef stew. Remove most of cold grease from top of stew. Put the stew in a pot and heat to a boil. Add a can of tomatoes crushed. Boil for 10-15 minutes. In a bowl, add cornstarch and water until cornstarch is a white liquid. Add gradually to stew to get desired thickness.
