2 cups thick coconut milk
4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup Selecta Moo Milk or fresh milk
1/2 can whole kernel corn
6 cups coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the first 2 cups thick coconut milk until oil is extracted and the "latik" becomes delicately brown but not burnt. Set aside. Put gelatin in bowl together with the water of the corn and the milk. Put the 6 cups coconut milk in a frying pan over medium heat, stirring until it boils. Add the gelatin mixture and continue stirring until it is thick and yellow in color. Pour into a pan and add the corn kernels. Cool until set. Sprinkle with "latik"
