1 lb. crabmeat
4 saltine crackers, crumbled
1 T. minced parsley
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2-3 shakes of Tabasco sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise, divided
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crackers, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, egg, Old Bay, salt, pepper, and 3/4 c. mayonnaise; mix well. Gently fold in crab. Form into six cakes. Place on a foil-covered cookie sheet. Spread each crab cake with an equal portion of the reserved mayonnaise; sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overbake. Garnish with parsley and lemon.
