1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. quartered or sliced maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix instant pudding and Cool Whip; add remaining ingredients and mix. Cover and refrigerate. I prefer coconut cream pudding, but you can use any flavor.
