Chuck roast or whatever (maybe chicken? haven't tried) potatoes
carrots
celery
green onions

Italian Seasoning 1/2 T.
Beef Bouillon 2 T.
salt and pepper (1/2 T. and 1/4 T. ?)
garlic powder 1/4 t.

Just grab those main ingredients, chop, chop, chop and fill up that crockpot. Fill it up with water, covering the food. Add seasonings to taste and maybe mix them in a little.
That's it. Let it cook.
