1/2 c. margarine or butter
2 c. milk
3/4 c. onion
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 3/4 c. instant mashed potato flakes
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1 sm. can chopped olives
sour cream
1 med. tomato, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
On the bottom of a 12" dutch oven, brown ground beef and onion. Drain off fat. Stir in all but 2 Tbs. of taco mix, beans brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, atsup, vinegar, dry mustard. Cook and stir until bubbly. Remove from pan. Set aside. Melt margarine in bottom of foven. Add milk and 2 Tbs. of taco mix. Remove from heat and stir in potato flakes. Press this mixture into bottom of dutch oven. Place taco filling inside creust. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. 3-5 coals on bottom, 16-20 coals on top. When baking is done, top with cheese, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes and olives.
