1 c. brown sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup, not drained
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in heavy sauce pan; stir in pineapple, lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Serve hot with ham. This can be made in advance and heated before serving.
(If mixture appears too thin, add a bit more cornstarch.)
