1 box Duncan HInes Lemon Supreme cake mix
1 3-oz. box instant lemon pudding mix (use dry)
½ c. oil
1 c. water
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix with electric mixer on low for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bake pans. Bake at 350º for abour 35 minutes, if pans are medium or small.
You may use a sheet pan instead or, make cup cakes, in which case, please bake the sheet cake for about 20 minutes and the cup cakes for 20 to 25 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick: cakes are done if toothpick comes out clean.
Makes a nice bundt cake but that takes longer to bake.
