½ c. softened butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into 4 small loaf pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes. Cakes are done if toothpick comes out clean.
You may also use a15"x10" pan; bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into bars. Garnish with cream cheese frosting.
