3 pounds lean ground beef or ground sirloin
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles strained
1/2 cup Hunt's ketchup
1 can tomato soup
1 cup Quaker 5-minute Oatmeal/uncooked
1 pack Saltine crackers crumbled up or Town House/Ritz crackers-your choice
2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
4 slices white bread crumbled
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 roll of Jimmy Dean mild pork sausage or substitute with turkey sausage.
2 small cans of tomato paste
2 tbsp dry mustard
1/2 cup light brown sugar

In large bowl, mix all of these ingredients together well. Lightly spray two loaf pans with Pam. Form loaf out of mixture and place in each pan. Cook in 350 degree oven for one hour. Remove from oven and drain any excess oil. Mix together two small cans tomato paste, dry mustard and light brown sugar. Stir together and spread over the meatloafs. Place them back in the oven for 15 minutes. Take out of oven and let stand for 15 minutes.
