1 package chocolate cake mix
water, oil and eggs as indicated on mix package directions
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 17 oz jar caramel, butterscotch or hot fudge topping
1 container (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Toffee chips, chocolate chips or cocoa for topping

Bake cake as directed on package for 13x9" pan. Cool 15 minutes. Poke top of warm cake every 1/2 inch with the handle of a wooden spoon, wiping handle occasionally to reduce sticking. Drizzle milk evenly over top of cake. Let stand until milk has been absorbed into cake. Drizzle with caramel topping. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until cool. Spread whipped topping over top of cake. Sprinkle with topping and serve cold.
