5 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
1 pkg flour tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar cheese whiz
1 pkg (2 cups) grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained save juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken and set aside. Over med heat, in large pan, mix both cans soup, onion powder, cheese whiz, half grated cheese and rotel tomatoes. Mix until blended. Soak tortillas in chicken broth to soften. Layer 9x12 casserole dish with tortillas. Next, layer chunck chicken pieces. Top with layer of sauce. Repeat each layer. Top with remainder of cheese. Bake at 350 º for 30-45 min.

This recipe has been around a long time. I use the chicken breasts instead of whole chicken. You can't beat this for a great casserole.
