2 - 3 lb. ground beef
fresh tomatoes, garlic, jalapenos, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, salt & pepper (and any other seasonings you may want). Make 2 large patties, using 1/2 of the ground beef for each one. Cover one patty with the chopped veggies & cheese. Put other patty on top and press edges to seal. Cook slow on a smoker until done. Cut off what you need for a burger.
