8 med apples cored, pared, cut into 8ths
1/2 c water
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon

Topping:

1/4 c sifted
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c butter
1/3 c peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in shallow baking dish. Pour water & lemon juice over apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over apples.

Bake 350º for 30 minutes
