5 lb. peeled & chopped very ripe tomatoes
1 lb. chopped onion
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
12 - 15 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 T. salt
2 T. minced garlic, more if you like
1/3 c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil (stir to keep from sticking) then reduce heat to simmer and cook (stirring often) for 1 1/2 hours until thick & tender. Put in scalded pint jars, seal and water bath 15 mins.
