Crust:

1 c butter
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups flour

Filling:

4 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 c sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 c flour
1/4 c lemon juice
rind of 1 lemon grated

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Cream butter and sugar, add flour and salt. Mix well. Pat into 9 x 13 inch prepared pan. Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes.

Filling: Mix together and pour over crust. Bake at 350º 20 - 25 minutes.

When done sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into squares.
