6 cloves garlic, peeled
3/4 cup mayonnaise
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan, divided
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/4 cup day old bread, cubed
splash of olive oil
1 head romaine, torn into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mince 3 cloves garlic and combine with mayonnaise, 2 tbsp.
parmesan, Worcestershire, mustard, and lemon juice. Season
with salt and pepper.

2. Heat oil, cut remaining garlic into quarters and add to hot oil.
Cook until brown, remove garlic. Add bread cubes. Cook until
browned. Remove from oil and season with salt and pepper.
