3 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Slowly add sugar, beating constantly. Gradually fold in vanilla and chocolate chips.

Drop by spoonfuls onto greased, floured cookie sheet. Bake at 250º until set and golden brown.

Chocolate version adds 3 tbsp. cocoa to the mix.
