Crust:
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Filling:
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 large cool whip
2 small packages chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
3 cups milk
Topping:
1/2 large coolwhip
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Crust:
Mix together crust ingredients and press into a 13x9" baking pan. Bake in 350º oven for 10-15 minutes. Cool.

Filling:
Blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar and coolwhip. Spread over crust. Mix together pudding mix and milk and spread over cream cheese mixture.

Top with remaining coolwhip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
