2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp.salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
4 c. apples (raw) diced
Mix together; bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes


1lb confectioners sugar
1 (8.oz.) creme cheese
3/4 stick Margery
2 tsp. vanilla

combine ingredients. Beat well with mixer until smooth
