3 carrots, cut into sticks and cooked
1 T margarine
1/4 t ginger
1 t lemon juice
4 T vinegar
2 T honey
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cooked carrots with margarine, ginger, lemon juice, vinegar and honey. Arrange carrots on preheated peach halves, spoon remaining sauce over carrots. Arrange peaches along with chicken wings on a plate and serve. Serve with potatoes or fluffy rice. Take to a church supper or backyard party.
