1st layer:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
Press into 9x13 inch pan

2nd layer:
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 8oz. pkg. of cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 a large container of Cool Whip
Mix & spread over 1st layer

3rd layer:
2 small instant vanilla puddings
3 c. of milk
Mix & spread over 2nd layer

4th layer:
The Rest of the Cool Whip

Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and chocolate syrup.
