1 can mushroom soup
One 16 oz carton sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 c sherry

In 13x9" pan, place 1 whole chicken, cut up, or all chicken breasts. Mix soup, sour cream and sherry in mixing bowl and pour over chicken. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake at 450º for 1-1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
