2 c all-purpose flour
1 c sugar
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
3/4 c butter, cut into pieces
1 c nuts
1 c coconut
14 or 16 oz apricot jam or preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In food processor, combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and butter; mix until crumbly. Don't over process. Mix in nuts and coconut. Pulse 6-8 times with processor. (To prepare by hand, mix until crumbly and add nuts and coconut.)

Press half of mixture (about 3 cups) in grease 13x9" pan. Spoon jam into microwave safe bowl and microwave on high 45-50 seconds, until easily spread. Spread jam over mixture in pan. Cover with remaining crumb mixture, press down firmly. Bake about 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
