1/4c. olive oil
2 med. cloves of garlic
3/4c. sundried tomatoes
1/2tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar (optional I usually don't use it)
12oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
*Soften cream cheese before trying to mix it.*
*You will need a food processor*

Add sun dried tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil to food processor and mix until well ground. Then add your softened cream cheese, salt and sugar (if you chose to use it). Process until very well mixed.
may have to finish mixing by hand if it won't mix well enough in the mixer.

I learned by making this recipe a lot that the longer you soften you cream cheese the easier it is to make this recipe. It really does not like to mix but it will.
