6 Slices Thin Chip Steaks or Round Steak Cut Very Thin

6 Slices Bacon
6 tbsp. Onion - Sliced
Flour
2 tbsp. Butter
Prepared Yellow Mustard
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Spread prepared mustard on each of the six (6) steak slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top each with a three (3) inch slice of bacon and one (1) tbsp. of sliced onion.

Roll up the steak and fasten with toothpicks. Roll in flour and brown in butter. When nicely browned on all sides, add a little water for gravy.

Place in covered casserole and bake at 350º until done, about one and a half (1 1/2) to two (2) hours.

To serve, place on a warm platter and garnish with vegetables or parsley.
