1 lg package corn chips
2 sm. cans chopped green chilis
1 #2 can crushed tomatoes
1 sm onion, chopped
1 sm onion, sliced
garlic powder, salt and pepper
1/2 lb longhorn cheese
1 lb ground beef
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs, chopped onion, meat, 1/2 of the tomatoes, and seasonings. Cook in skillet until meat is done. Set aside. Sautee sliced onions in small amount of oil. Add remaining tomatoes and green chili, cook until done. In large pan or casserole lauer chips, meat mixture and grated cheese. Repeat until all used. Cook in 325º oven for about 45 minutes.
