2 T. extra-virgin olive oil
1 lb hamburger
1 c sweet onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 T chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can tomatoes with green chiles
salt and pepper
3 c shredded cheese
1 bag of Fritos corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Brown hamburger. Add the onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Transfer to a kettle. Add the beans, with their liquid, and the tomatoes; bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 15 mintues. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the cilantro, then top with cheese, cover and let stand until the cheese melts, 5 to 10 minutes. Place a handful of corn chips in each bowl and top with the chili.
