1 lb. Hot Sausage, any brand
24 oz bag of Hash Browns
1 stick butter
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
8 oz. Grated Swiss cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups half & half
2+ dashes Tabasco Sauce
1/4 tsp. Seasoned Salt

Spray a 9x12 with Pam. Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess water. Press hash brown evenly in casserole dish. Pour melted butter over hash browns. Cook in oven at 425 degrees for 25 minutes, drain & spread over has brown layer.
Sprinkle Velveeta & Swiss chess over sausage.
In medium bowl, combine eggs, half & half, seasoned sale & tabasco & pour evenly over cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Preferable to freeze, thaw & bake right before serving. (If freezing, omit the final 40 minute baking before freezing. Thaw by placing casserole in refrigerator overnight. Bake before serving. Reheats in microwave nicely.

This recipe came from Sharon Thiel and is the best breakfast casserole ever!
Very Good!! Plain Velveeta can be used and adding salsa with egg mixture.
