1/2 head iceberg letuce
10 oz. fresh spinach
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked until crispy
1 box frozen peas
green onions, as many as desired
1 c. real mayo
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
4 - 6 oz. swiss cheese, grated
parmesian cheese, as much as desired

Tear iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Spread lettuce and spinach in the bottom of a 9x13 pyrex dish. Spread 1/2 lb. of crispy cooked bacon broken into pieces over the lettuce/spinach mix. Cook a bag of frozen peans as directed. Cool completely and spread over bacon. Cut green onions in thin slices and spread over peas. Mix the mayo and sour cream with sugar. Spread on top of peas. Top with swiss cheese and parmesian cheese.
