9" pie shell, unbaked
5 lg. eggs, beaten
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
1 lg. green onion (minced)
½ c. cottage cheese
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. salt
dash Tabasco sauce
Paprika
6 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, hash browns, cheeses, onions and spices and mix well. Pour into the pie shell and sprinkle with paprika. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the top and cook for 30 minutes at 350º F. Let stand for five minutes before serving. Teenagers love this!
