6 pound fresh turkey breast, thawed if frozen
2 sticks butter (melted)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced dry onion
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon accent (flavored salt)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons each of these spices: sage and thyme
1 1/2 teaspoon marjoram

Directions:

Heat oven to 325. In a saucepan, combine butter, lemon juice, minced onion, soy sauce, accent, pepper, thyme, sage, and marjoram. Warm until all ingredients are blended. Place the turkey breast in a 13 x 9 foil-lined baking dish. Pour sauce over the turkey breast. Cover with dish with foil. Cook at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Baste turkey with sauce every half hour during cooking. Let turkey rest 15-20 minutes for easier slicing. Slice and place turkey on a serving platter. Drizzle remaining sauce over the turkey slices before serving.
