Ingredients:  
1 Can crescent rolls (do not separate leave together and lay flat)
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage
8 oz. Cream Cheese
Parsley to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 small Onion
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage, saute the chopped onion and mix together. Salt and Pepper to taste, add parsley. Mix in softened Cream Cheese.

Place mixture in center of rectangular crescent roles. Seal dough by pinching together edges into a roll shape.

Whisk an egg and brush onto the dough.

Bake in a 350 º oven. Cook until golden brown (10-15 minutes)

Slice and serve. This is good as an appetizer or as a breakfast option.
