1 lbs. fully cooked sausage (sliced)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pkg Au gratin potatoes
2 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. frozen California Blend Vegetables
1 c. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in oil until lightly browned. Add potatoes with contents of sauce mix and water. Cover an cook for 15- 20 minutes or unitl potatoes are tender. Add vegetables and cook for another 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese
