Ingredients:  
whole chicken
1 medium onion
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. curry powder
salt & pepper
few blades of chives

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper and curry powder. Crush garlic in hot oil and remove. Mix curry pwoder with water and make a paste. Add this to the oil and fry for about 5 minutes. Add onion, chicken pieces, water and the rest of the seasoning. Cover and simmer for anout one hour or until tender, stirring occasionally.
