1 1/2 lb. beef
1 medium onion
1 jar salsa (16 oz.)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 can refried beans
12 flour tortillas
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar chhese
1 1/2 c . monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onions. Stir in salsa, tomato sauce, cumin, and garlic salt. Then spread 2-3 tbsp. of refried beans over each tortilla. Sprinkle each with 1 tbsp. of cheeese. Roll up and top with beef mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
