1 lb. Flank Steak
1 Tomato - Chopped
1 tsp. Fresh Parsley
1 Clove Garlic - Chopped

Marinade:
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Coarse Pepper
1 Onion - Sliced
4 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the flank steak overnight.

Place the flank steak in a pressure cooker and add two (2) cups of water and cook for one (1) hour.

Remove the flank steak from the pressure cooker and shred.

Reserve one (1) cup of liquid from the meat.

Heat 1 tsp. of olive oil and saute the chopped tomato, fresh parsley and garlic for ten (10) minutes. Add reserved liquid and cook for two (2) minutes.

Add meat and serve over orzo.
