milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 to 1-1/2 Tbsp. onion
cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the potatoes and slice them thin. Place into a roaster. When you have enough potatoes in your roaster fill the roaster 1/2 full with milk. Add the cream of mushroom soup and the onion. Stir together. Sprinkle cornstarch on top. Bake until the potatoes are done.
