10 ½ “ cast iron skillet

1/3 cup butter

1 cup flour

4 eggs

1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 425

Add butter to cast iron skillet

Mix flour, eggs, and milk in a large bowl. (The largest bowl in your house!)

Tilt bowl and mix ingredients with wooden spoon for approximately 3-5 minutes. Batter should make plopping sound.



Heat skillet in oven until butter melts, add batter, bake 25-30 minutes



Pancake will rise while cooking and fall when cools.

Or Moms favorite….fresh lemon juice and powdered sugar!
