Lasagna Recipe

2 lbs hamburger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon basil
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lb can tomatoes
2-6 oz can tomato paste
1-10 oz package lasagna noodles
2 eggs
3 cups ricotti cheese
1/2 cup parmessan cheese
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 lb mozzarelli cheese slices

Brown meat. Add next 5 ingredients plus 1 cup water. Simmer covered 15 minutes, stirring often. Cook noodles in 1/2 teaspoon salted water until tender. Drain and rinse well. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients except mozzarelli cheese slices. Layer 1/2 noodles in baking dish. Spread 1/2 ricotti sauce on noodles. Add 1/2 mozzarelli slices. Add 1/2 meat sauce. Repeat and making sure that cheese is at the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or 45 minutes if casserole has been refrigerated.
