1 pound Chicken Breast (cut in 1" cubes)
3 Medium Potatoes (cubed)
1 Medium Onion (chopped fine)
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (15 oz.)
1 Can Green Chilies (4oz.)
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 cups water
1 Tbl. Chicken Bouillon Powder
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tsp. Dried Parsley
½ Cup Milk
1/3 cup Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan combine chicken, onions, water, bouillon powder and potatoes until chicken is done and potatoes are tender. Add Cream of Chicken soup, corn, parsley and green chili and cook an additional 20 minutes. Mix cornstarch into milk and gradually pour into hot mixture to thicken. Add salt and pepper to taste.
