Spread 2 pkgs crescent rolls in jelly roll plan. Bake in 375 oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Combine and spread on cooled crust: 8 oz pkg cream cheese mixed with 2/3 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 c. chopped green onion. Next layer 1 bottle taco sauce on cream cheese mixture. Top with finely chopped carrots, chopped fresh broccoli, chopped cauliflower, radishes, green pepper. (Or whatever veggies you want.) Sprinkle with fine layer of alfalfa sprouts and grated cheddar cheese. (Can use ranch dressing powder to flavor cream cheese mixture.)
